Sales Executive

Job Summary

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible to understand customers' requirements and to oversee project execution, ensure smooth and timely delivery. The ideal candidate is driven, motivated, customer-focused, with the ability to build strong customer relationships and contribute to the overall organization's goals.

Responsibilities:

• Review customer requests and contracts for contractual requirements.
• Prepare quotations, sales proposals and project order forms upon customer confirmation.
• Prepare design sketches, project schedules and monitor project progress.
• Handle material procurement and ensure timely delivery to meet project deadline.
• Coordinate and arrange customers inspection and meetings, ensure necessary support is provided for project progress.
• Identify potential work non-conformities and initiate corrective or preventive actions to ensure compliance with project and quality requirements.
• Handle customer enquiries, feedback, warranty services and claims matters.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Coordinate with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure projects are delivered according to customers and contracts requirements. 
• Ensure technical requirements are met and resolve technical issues with internal departments.
• Manage and maintain documentation, customer records, reports, etc.  
• Prepare account statements in a timely manner.
• Any other relevant duties as assigned by superior.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Business Management, Electrical Engineering, or a related field; candidates with relevant working experience are also welcome to apply.
• Able to work effectively both independently and as a team.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a positive attitude and customer-oriented mindset.
• Ability to multitask and perform under a fast-paced environment.  
• Possession of a valid Class 3 driving license will be an added advantage.
