Sales Manager / Senior Sales Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager / Senior Sales Engineer to expand our client footprint in fire protection and industrial safety solutions. In this role, you will lead business development initiatives, deliver technical solution presentations to clients, negotiate contracts, and interface with regional Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Market Expansion & Business Growth: Proactively research, target, and acquire new commercial accounts and project opportunities to drive revenue growth and increase market share.

• Client Engagement & Consultative Selling: Lead client meetings to analyze technical requirements, demonstrate specialized safety/fire protection equipment, present tailored solutions, and secure contract closures.

• Technical Coordination: Utilize technical engineering insights (including layout and drafting concepts) to recommend suitable product configurations and support client submittals.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical discipline.

Experience: 3 to 5 years of proven technical sales experience in fire protection or industrial safety systems.

Technical Skills: Hands-on experience or familiarity with CAD design/drafting is preferred.

Language Skills: Proficient in English and Mandarin (spoken and written) to liaise effectively with regional Chinese counterparts, vendors, and clients.

Core Competencies:

Strong track record of meeting or exceeding commercial sales targets.

Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
