The Job:

• Drive new B2B business growth by identifying, developing and securing opportunities across pharmacy, healthcare, retail, industrial, hospitality, corporate, education, fitness and institutional sectors while building a strong sales pipeline through strategic prospecting and networking.
• Develop and manage strategic customer partnerships by acquiring new accounts, strengthening key customer relationships, driving account growth through cross-selling and conducting regular business reviews to maximise long-term revenue.
• Lead commercial negotiations and sales execution, including customer presentations, solution proposals, quotations, contract negotiations and closing profitable business opportunities.
• Shape commercial growth strategies by analysing market trends, customer insights and competitor activities, identifying new market opportunities, and recommending pricing, promotional and channel development initiatives to accelerate business growth.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Brand, Digital Commerce and Customer Operations teams to execute product launches, integrated commercial initiatives and deliver an exceptional end-to-end customer experience.

The Talent

• Diploma/Degree in Business/Marketing/Engineering
• 3 - 5 years in technical B2B sales, business development and key account management etc
• Experience in FMCG, Food & Beverage, Consumer Products and adjacent industries are advantageous
