salary Salary :

$3,500 - 4,800 monthly

Job Description - Sales/Application Engineer (HVAC)

Responsibilities:

  • Develop new business opportunities and actively grow the Company's sales pipeline through customer acquisition, networking, and relationship management.
  • Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with customers, consultants, contractors, and key stakeholders.
  • Achieve sales targets by promoting the Company's HVAC and mission-critical cooling solutions.
  • Understand customers' technical and commercial requirements, and recommend suitable products and engineering solutions.
  • Prepare technical proposals, quotations, equipment selections, and tender submissions.
  • Coordinate with consultants, designers, and clients throughout the tender and bidding process.
  • Conduct site visits and assess customers' existing HVAC systems to identify opportunities for upgrades or improvements.
  • Work closely with the Project Engineering team to ensure a smooth handover after project award and support project execution where required.
  • Monitor project progress and maintain regular communication with customers to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience in technical sales, sales engineering, or business development within the HVAC, M&E, building services, or data centre industry.
  • Strong understanding of HVAC systems and air-conditioning solutions. Experience in mission-critical cooling or data centre projects will be an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, consultants, and contractors.
  • Willing to travel for customer visits and project meetings when required.
