Semicon Customer Quality Senior Engineer- SEA

• Looking for a highly motivated Customer Quality Senior Engineer to join our team and play a key role in delivering exceptional quality support to our customers across Southeast Asia.
• Act as a trusted partner, ensuring customer expectations are met while driving continuous improvement in product and process quality.

Responsibilities:

Execute Customer Quality Engineering (CQE) responsibilities in accordance with companypolicies, business processes, and customer-specific requirements

Engage with customers and internal teams to support problem-solving, changemanagement, audits, product development, and complaint resolution

Represent the company in promoting product quality, process excellence, and robustquality systems

Collaborate with cross-functional teams across regions, products, and customer segments toresolve complex issues

Drive timely and effective resolution of customer complaints and quality concerns

Contribute to global initiatives aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction and businesssuccess

Maintain and support documentation including business processes, tracking systems,performance reports, and continuous improvement projects

Demonstrate strong planning, execution, leadership, and teamwork capabilities

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field

Minimum 5 years of experience in Semicon manufacturing environment in customer qualityexperience

Proven ability to manage issues and projects, bridging gaps between customer needs andcompany capabilities

Hands-on experience with quality tools and methodologies such as Pareto analysis, FMEA,SPC, trend analysis, process mapping, DOE, cause-and-effect diagrams, and 8Dproblem solving
