Senior Control Engineer (BMS / HVAC Controls)

• Position: Senior Control Engineer (BMS / HVAC Controls)

• Location: International Business Park (Nearest MRT: Jurong East walking distance)

• Working hours: 5 days a week, Monday - Friday, 8.30 am - 5.30 pm

• Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $9500 + AWS + Medical/ Dental Allowance + WFH Benefits

• Duration: Permanent

• Industry: Building Automation / BMS / HVAC Controls

Main Responsibilities:

• Design and implement BMS control strategies for HVAC systems.

• Perform testing, commissioning, troubleshooting and optimisation of BMS/DDC/PLC systems.

• Develop control logic, HMI graphics and integrate BACnet, Modbus and IP networks.

• Review HVAC drawings, control schematics and technical specifications.

• Support project installation, startup, commissioning and documentation.

• Provide technical guidance to project teams and travel overseas when required.

Requirements:

• Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation Engineering or related field.

• At least 5 years of BMS control engineering and commissioning experience.

• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, BMS, DDC/PLC, BACnet and Modbus.

• Able to interpret technical drawings and develop control logic.

• Willing to travel overseas for project support when required.
