Senior Data Product Manager - MPID team

About the Team:

Shopee's Data Product Management team is looking for data talents to design, build, and enhance data marts and data products in our e-commerce ecosystem. Both Data Marts and Data Products play a key role in facilitating and maximising the effectiveness of data to provide our users better experience with Shopee.

Job Description:

• Own and drive the product roadmap for various data marts and data products supporting both internal and external data users.

• Collaborate closely with various stakeholders to implement product enhancements that fulfill user and business requirements.

• Prioritize user requests and deliver high-quality Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) that clearly outline goals, scope, user scenarios, analytics frameworks, and data logic to meet user needs.

• Work in partnership with other product teams, engineering teams, and project managers to drive feature releases while ensuring quality, speed, and sustainability.

• Promote and increase the usage of data marts and data products among regional and local data users through initiatives such as conducting sharing and training sessions and creating and maintaining user guides.

• Serve as the data domain expert for your portfolio.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science 

• At least 3 years of full time product management / technical product management experience 

• Prior experience working with data warehouse or data mart is preferred

• Experience in SQL, creating dashboard using BI tools is preferred

• Excellent analytical, logical thinking, problem solving, stakeholder management, project management, product sense, communication and writing skills

• Ability to work in a dynamic and agile environment

• Energetic, positive attitude and an effective team player
