Senior Digital Processors and Sensors Characterization Engineer

Product and Test Development Engineering (PDTE) is seeking an experienced Digital Processors and Sensors Characterization Engineer to develop test and characterization solutions supporting:

• New Product Introduction (NPI), including Silicon Validation and Characterization

• Manufacturing enablement of Qualcomm System-on-Chip (SoC) products

Requirements

• 4+ years of industry experience as a Product and Test Development Engineer

• Hands‑on experience in Processors or Sensors performance characterization

• Experience with ATE test program development

• Solid understanding of VLSI technologies and familiarity with Digital Baseband products

• Programming experience in C/C++/VB/Java/Python is a plus

• Experience with AI programming tools (e.g. Claude Code) is a plus

• Experience with data analytics tools such as O+, Data Power, Exensio, and basic Machine Learning concepts is an added advantage

• Knowledge of Digital Communication concepts and Semiconductor Physics

• Experience working with Automated Test Equipment (ATE)

• Advantest 93K experience is preferred
