You develop technical and engineering direction, ensuring that it aligns with our worldwide goals and are responsible for planning, developing and managing all technical, engineering and business programs to support growth, world-class manufacturing and productivity while ensuring the highest level of quality, safety and environmental requirements. In this role, you follow Mondelēz International’s business and innovation processes in project management and ensure that Mondelēz International’s standards are properly met. As a senior member of the management team, you interact regularly with senior-level clients, the technical community, suppliers and engineering service providers.

How you will contribute

In coordination with budget development, you will oversee the capital and technical agenda during the development phase of major capital investment initiatives and ensure that accurate budgets, plans and fit-for-purpose technical solutions are developed. You will work with budget development and supply chain leaders to determine long term capital budgets, ensure that engineering developments and standards are created and implemented, and develop and implement state-of-the-art processes and equipment strategies to optimize resources, harmonize assets and rollout best practices. In this role, you will lead major capital programs and are accountable for quality and process parameters, and ensure that the results of capital projects are in compliance with Mondelēz International standards, business processes and innovation processes in project management and execution. As a people manager, you will oversee engineering resource needs, staff development needs, and build capabilities across functional teams.
