Job Description
The Field Application Engineering team provides value add by:
Designing or implementing business development and "Go-to-market" strategies, tactics and measures, for assigned markets.
Systematically collecting, analyzing and evaluating information and data about a target customers and their potentials.
Preparing customer relations, investigating and defining the business potential of prospective or existing customer.
Utilizing the VISHAY Design Database to present the technical features, options for application and integration of products.
Sampling, analyzing, calculating and completing technical aspects of proposals; providing respective quotes.
Executing calculations and simulations,and analyzing customer's technical set-up for integration purposes.
Adding value across the whole sales process to sales and customers with technical expertise and services.

Implements overarching strategies and designs own tactics to support the business or stakeholder-related targets, for all regions or markets assigned.
Plans and agrees on budgets and resources and monitor efficient utilization and related achievements.
Coordinates the assigned project portfolio or opportunities, in line with the business targets given.
Decides on investments for principle tools, technologies or standards.
Evaluates measures to follow arising project opportunities, which may cause significant investments.
Qualification / Minimum Requirements
· Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Electrical / Electronics Engineering, or a related discipline.
· Minimum 12–15 years of relevant experience in business development, sales, or field application engineering within the semiconductor or electronics industry, with at least 5–8years in a senior leadership role.
· Proven track record in driving revenue growth, market expansion, and strategic customer engagement across regional or global markets.
· Strong experience in key account management and ability to build and sustain relationships with senior stakeholders at major customers.
· Results-driven mindset with a strong focus on achieving and exceeding business targets.
