Senior Engineer, Project Management

Key Responsibilities

• Execute project management activities and ensure key milestones are met according to schedule.

• Develop and maintain the master project schedule, tracking overall project progress.

• Coordinate with internal teams, external stakeholders, subcontractors, and customers to ensure smooth project execution.

• Monitor project tasks across functions to ensure milestones and deliverables remain on track.

• Lead and coordinate Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) with customers and distributors.

• Ensure all project documentation is completed, reviewed, and approved for delivery.

• Plan and coordinate site testing and ensure smooth handover to the aftermarket/service team.

• Provide first-level technical support during project execution.

• Support project feasibility studies and assist in cost estimation with engineering and Industrial Solutions teams.

• Prepare and submit monthly project status reports, highlighting risks, issues, and progress.

• Support submittals by providing engineering input for third-party products and drawings.

• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and cross-functional coordination activities.

• Coordinate with production, scheduling, and customer service teams to update project status in weekly reviews.

• Attend site meetings with main contractors and consultants when required.

• Manage site installation activities, including coordination with subcontractors for drawings, materials, and execution.

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with 2–3 years of relevant experience, or Diploma with 5–7 years of experience.

• Good interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to read and interpret M&E drawings.

• Familiarity with generators, control systems, and related accessories is an advantage.

• Knowledge of generator standards and codes is an added advantage.
