Responsibilities

• Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support for FPGA solutions.

• Work closely with the sales team to secure design wins and support customer projects.

• Understand customer application requirements and recommend suitable FPGA solutions.

• Assist customers throughout the FPGA development lifecycle, including hardware design, RTL implementation, debugging and optimization.

• Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, workshops and training sessions.

• Troubleshoot hardware and FPGA design issues with customers.

• Liaise with global suppliers and internal engineering teams to resolve technical challenges.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers across various industries.

• Keep up to date with the latest FPGA technologies and industry trends.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronics or Computer Engineering.

• Minimum 5 years of FPGA design or Field Application Engineering experience.

• Strong experience in customer support or technical consulting.

• Hands-on experience with FPGA architecture, timing closure, RTL design and debugging.

• Experience supporting semiconductor or embedded system customers.

• Able to conduct technical presentations and lead customer discussions independently.
