Job Summary

Lead and manage on-site service projects and product development for semiconductor wafer fabs. Provide technical consulting, develop SOPs, ensure compliance with safety and company policies, and train technical staff to deliver high-quality field service.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Sales team to plan and execute on-site service projects that meet customer requirements and timelines
• Manage manpower and allocate resources effectively to deliver on-site projects and develop new products in semiconductor wafer fabs
• Provide technical consulting to customers to resolve equipment issues and optimize performance
• Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for service engineers to ensure consistent and effective on-site service delivery
• Enforce adherence to company policies, regulations, and safety protocols within the Field Service department to maintain a safe working environment
• Train and mentor new technical staff to build team capability and ensure high service standards
• Protect and maintain confidentiality of all company and customer information
• Report project progress, challenges, and outcomes directly to the General Managing Director

Required competencies and certifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical)
• Minimum 5 years of experience working with semiconductor equipment
• Demonstrated project management and organizational skills to plan, execute, and monitor service projects
• Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively liaise with customers and internal teams
• Proven ability to collaborate across departments to achieve project goals
• Analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues
