Senior Infrastructure Engineer (Windows Server / VMware)

We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Engineer to support and maintain enterprise infrastructure environments within a large-scale, mission-critical technology environment.

This role offers the opportunity to work on highly available enterprise systems, infrastructure modernization initiatives, and security-focused operations supporting critical business services.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and support Windows Server environments across production and non-production systems
• Manage and maintain Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and Group Policy configurations
• Support VMware virtualization platforms and associated infrastructure services
• Perform server provisioning, patch management, vulnerability remediation and system hardening activities
• Provide L2/L3 infrastructure support and troubleshooting for enterprise systems
• Support backup, restoration, disaster recovery and business continuity activities
• Monitor infrastructure health and ensure operational stability and service availability
• Support infrastructure upgrades, technology refresh projects and operational improvements
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, operational procedures and support records
• Work closely with internal stakeholders, project teams and technology vendors

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related discipline
• Experience supporting enterprise Windows infrastructure environments
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and VMware
• Experience with infrastructure operations, system administration and troubleshooting
• Exposure to patch management, vulnerability remediation and security hardening activities
• Experience with SCCM, WSUS, CyberArk, PowerShell or similar enterprise tools will be advantageous
• Familiarity with ITIL processes, incident management and change management practices
• Experience supporting healthcare, banking, public sector, government-linked or other regulated environments will be advantageous
