The Role

Key Responsibilities

• Commercial Execution: Drive the transition of our legacy hardware sales channels toward a recurring SaaS revenue model (IBSSweb and GoENTRA).

• Market Development: Support the identification, evaluation, and penetration of new B2B industry verticals for our digital and mobile credential solutions.

• Cross-Functional Operations: Act as the bridge between Engineering, Manufacturing, and Sales, ensuring smooth operations, supply chain efficiency, and timely product delivery.

• P&L Ownership: Manage business unit performance, taking on P&L accountability as a core part of your professional development and growth within the company.

• Digital Transformation: Implement digital CRM practices and data analytics tools to professionalize internal revenue forecasting.

Who We Are Looking For
This role is tailored for a hands-on manager ready to execute and grow. We are looking for a hungry professional ready to step up, rather than someone looking to maintain a large-scale corporate empire.

• Target Profile: A seasoned mid-level management executive (ideally with 15–20 years of accumulated corporate experience) looking for a dynamic SME environment where they can make a direct impact.

• Advantageous Experience: A strong foundation in Engineering or IT is highly advantageous. Additional experience in operations and B2B sales will help you hit the ground running.

• Drive: A strong willingness and readiness to take on P&L responsibility as the next logical step in your career progression.

• Education: A Diploma or Bachelor's Degree equivalent.

Mandatory CCP Eligibility Criteria
As this role is part of the WSG Career Conversion Programme (CCP) for SME Professionals, applicants must meet the following criteria:

• Be a Singapore Citizen (SC) or Permanent Resident (PR).

• Have graduated or completed National Service at least 2 years prior to the point of application.

• Be undergoing a substantial career switch (the new job role must be substantially different from your previous role).
