Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor [PERM]

Responsibilities:

• Prepare cost estimates for M&E works.
• Evaluate and process monthly progress claims and Variation Order (VO) claims.
• Prepare and review M&E Bills of Quantities (BOQ).
• Support tendering activities, contract administration, and project documentation.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with clients, consultants, contractors, and other project stakeholders.
• Ensure accurate quantity take-offs and measurements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members where required.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 years of experience in M&E engineering or Quantity Surveying, preferably within a consultancy environment.
• Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related discipline.
• Mechanical or Electrical engineering background, with exposure to both disciplines preferred.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Able to work independently while contributing effectively in a collaborative team environment.
