Senior Manufacturing Manager (MNC / North)

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead multiple production cells, ensuring operational excellence in safety, quality, productivity, yield, 5S, and on-time delivery (OTD).

• Plan and manage production schedules, manpower, and capacity to meet customer demand and business objectives.

• Provide technical leadership for manufacturing processes, WIP management, and material control.

• Coach, develop, and manage supervisors and production teams through training, performance management, and succession planning.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce waste and costs, and improve quality and safety.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production and quality issues using root cause analysis and error-proofing (Poka-Yoke) methodologies.

• Monitor operational KPIs and ensure compliance with company policies, manufacturing standards, and best practices.

Requirements:

• At least 8 years' Manufacturing Manager experience, within equipment assembly industries will be a strong advantage

• Strong leadership experience with leading a large team of manufacturing engineers

• Education Qualification in Engineering / Manufacturing field or equivalent
