Senior Operation Engineer, Calibration

Responsibilities

Primary

●       Beresponsible in managing calibration activities and 3rd party vendorfor the site

●       Be responsible for overseeing instrument calibration of NonGMP and GMP equipment according to SG requirements

●       Be responsible for spare parts and spare partswarehouse

●       Be responsible for setup and spare partsmanagement for Site Facility Services (SFS) Team in oneMaximo system

●       Beresponsible in documentation, operational support for SFS department asrequired

●       Support inregulatory audits as required

●       Assist in drafting or upgrading SOPs, URS, orother documents as required.

●       Perform other tasks assigned by supervisor orleadership.

Requirements

●       Diploma or higher qualification in Mechanical,Electrical, Automation, Pharmaceutical Engineering, or other relatedspecialties; candidates with equivalent work experience is plus.

●       Haveskillset in CMMS software like Maximo

●       Ability to quickly learn GMP related knowledgeand all related requirement and code.

●       Possess good communication ability andcomprehension ability.

●       Display a good working attitude, strong workethic, and willingness to follow leadership directives.

●       Be open to accepting temporary work assignments,including overtime on weekends or weekdays, and other roles as required.

●       Excellent verbal and written communication skillsin English. 

●       Able to work independently with limitedsupervision in a fast-paced environment. 

●       Possess good multi-tasking and prioritizationskills.

●       Applicantswith prior calibration experience is a requirement

●       Applicantswith spare parts management experience is a plus
