Senior Project Design Manager (Property Developer/MNC)

Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end design management of projects from concept to completion, ensuring quality, compliance, budget, and timely project delivery.
• Manage and coordinate multidisciplinary stakeholders, including clients, consultants, contractors, authorities, and project teams to resolve design and technical issues.
• Review and oversee design deliverables, including architectural and structural drawings, BIM models, shop drawings, material submissions, mock-ups, method statements, and variation orders.
• Drive design excellence and compliance, ensuring adherence to building regulations, sustainability standards, operational requirements, and best industry practices while promoting innovative design solutions.
• Support project governance and handover, including consultant selection, construction audits, TOP readiness assessments, and providing design advisory support for property management and building operations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture (recognised by the Singapore Board of Architects), with at least 15 years of experience in design and project management, including leading large-scale developments.
• Strong technical expertise in architectural design, project delivery, and multidisciplinary coordination, with a solid understanding of building regulations, construction methodologies, and sustainable design principles.
• Proficient in industry-standard design software, including AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM platforms.
