Senior Quantity Surveyor

• Position: Quantity Surveyor

• Location: Tuas

• Working hours: Monday to Friday (8am - 5pm), Saturday (8am - 12pm)

• Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $7,000 + OT Payable + Performance Bonus + Staff Benefits

• Duration: Permanent

• Industry: Construction

Main Responsibilities:

• Handle pre- and post-contract QS duties for construction projects

• Prepare BOQ, take-off quantities, tender submissions, and quotations

• Source, compare, and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors

• Manage variation orders, progress claims, subcontractor claims, and final accounts

• Liaise with construction, design, contracts, and tender teams on RFQ and project matters

• Track project cost changes and update budget projections accordingly

• Review drawings, costing, and monthly claims to ensure timely project delivery

• Ensure compliance with Singapore SMM rules and PSSCOC contract requirements

• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Commercial Management/ Quantity Surveying/ Construction related qualification or equivalent

• Minimum 5 years of working experience in the related field

• Tender experience is preferred

• Proficient computer skills, including advanced proficiency in Excel
