Senior Sales Executive (FLAVOR & FRAGRANCE)

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the food and beverage industry, including segments such as beverages, bakery, confectionery, savory, and dairy.

• Manage and expand existing customer accounts, fostering long-term relationships and driving repeat business.

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve or exceed revenue and profitability objectives.

• Collaborate closely with flavorists and application technologists to provide customized solutions that meet customer requirements.

• Monitor market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to identify potential growth opportunities and business strategies.

• Prepare and deliver product presentations, proposals, and sample submissions to customers in a professional manner.

• Negotiate pricing, commercial agreements, and supply terms in accordance with company policies and guidelines.

• Work closely with regional teams across ASEAN to align business strategies and exchange market insights.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Business, or a related discipline.

• Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience within the flavor, fragrance, or food ingredients industry.

• Established network within the food and beverage manufacturing sector.

• Strong technical understanding of flavor applications and sensory characteristics.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently.

• Willingness to travel within Southeast Asia as required.
