Senior Site Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead on-site operations and serve as the primary technical focal point for customers and stakeholders.
• Manage system deployment, integration, testing, and acceptance activities.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams, subcontractors, and support personnel.
• Ensure compliance with contractual requirements, project milestones, and quality standards.
• Monitor system performance and lead troubleshooting activities for operational issues.
• Interface with customers regarding technical requirements, configuration management, and change requests.
• Lead incident investigations and corrective action implementation.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Systems Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, ora related field.

• 5+ years of experience in complex system integration orengineering projects.

• Experience managing customer sites and field operations.

• Strong understanding of systems engineering lifecycle and configuration management.

• Experience in requirements analysis, verification, validation, and acceptance testing.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Fluency in English (written and spoken).

• Willingness to travel and support overseas deployments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with UAV/UAS, aerospace, defense, C4ISR,communications, radar, or electro-optical systems.

• Background in military programs or government projects.

• Knowledge of system safety, airworthiness, and operation readiness processes.

• Experience leading FAT, SAT, SWAT, GAT, or operational acceptance activities.
