Senior Software Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Software Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and maintaining our Private Credit Investment Platform and Credit Analytics Platform. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that drive our business forward.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement scalable and efficient software solutions for our Private Credit Investment Platform. This is used by our Investors to make and manage investments. Our Operations team uses it for their deal management capabilities.
• Create solutions to ingest and analyse loanbook and financial data for our Credit Analytics platform. We ingest data in various formats from across all our partners to give us a definitive edge.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
• Take ownership of your work as a product engineer, influencing both technical direction and product design.
• The ability to adapt and handle multiple competing priorities in collaboration with peers.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Possess 3 to 4 years of experience in software development.
• Proficiency in Golang, Java or similar programming languages.
• Experience with cloud computing platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Experience with MongoDB or other non-relational databases.
• Experience with IaaC languages and frameworks like Terraform, Pulumi, etc.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the financial services or fintech industry.
• Strong proficiency in Golang and MongoDB.
• Knowledge of Apache Parquet or similar technologies.
• Working with data-intensive applications.
