Work location: Woodlands

Work schedule: 5 days’ work week (Mon – Fri), standard office hours

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and guide a recruitment team to achieve hiring targets and business objectives.

• Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with workforce needs.

• Partner with business leaders and HR stakeholders to understand hiring requirements and provide recruitment solutions.

• Monitor recruitment trends and market insights to enhance sourcing strategies.

• Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.

• Build strong talent pipelines through effective sourcing and engagement strategies.

• Track recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve hiring effectiveness.

• Support employer branding initiatives to strengthen talent attraction efforts.

• Enhance candidate experience through effective communication and engagement.

• Support recruitment campaigns, events, and talent outreach activities.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields.

• Min. 7-8 years of talent acquisition or recruitment experience, within semiconductor/engineering/manufacturing/technology industries is preferred.

• Min. 2 years’ experience leading or mentoring a team with junior executives.

• Familiarity with high-volume hiring and regional recruitment practices with immigration knowledge is preferred.

• Strong understanding of recruitment metrics, sourcing strategies, and hiring processes.
