Senior/Principal Manufacturing Operations Engineer

Manage manufacturing performance and programme delivery. The position coordinates capacity, product transfers, process qualifications and production ramps while ensuring delivery, cycle time, yield and quality expectations are met.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate wafer-manufacturing activities.

• Review short- and long-term capacity against volume forecasts, technology mix and manufacturing constraints.

• Monitor delivery, cycle time, yield and quality and drive corrective actions where needed.

• Lead investigations involving held lots, process excursions, yield losses and customer-related issues.

• Manage product transfers, process qualifications, safe launches and volume ramp-up activities.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Electronics or a related discipline.

• At least 12 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing.

• Background in process integration, device engineering or yield engineering is preferred.

• Strong knowledge of semiconductor processes, statistical process control and structured problem solving.

• Six Sigma certification and experience with statistical-analysis tools would be advantageous.
