Service Engineer

• Responsible for on-site execution and support of Material Handling (MH) equipment overhaul and value-added services (e.g., spare parts sales) in the Southeast Asia region; assist in spare parts and service inquiries, quotation follow-ups, and order conversion.
• Support the Singapore Service Center in service order coordination and assist the overhaul team in completing equipment maintenance work:
• Assist in commissioning and acceptance of new MH equipment projects
• Provide on-site service, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair
• Deliver basic product and service training to customers and distributors; support technical discussions
• Assist local distributors in building basic maintenance and service capabilities
• Respond promptly to after-sales issues, resolve technical problems via phone or on-site support, and complete service reports on time
• Collect customer technical requirements and product quality feedback; assist in issue resolution and quality improvement follow-up
• Provide daily service response and basic technical support to customers within the Southeast Asia region
• Support key account service maintenance, assist in end-user visits, organize basic customer information, and ensure customer service satisfaction

Qualifications

• Diploma or above in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation, or related fields; 1–3 years of relevant mechanical industry experience
• Basic understanding of pneumatic, hydraulic hoists, and winch products; experience in offshore oil & gas or heavy lifting industry preferred (training can be provided if no experience)
• Hands-on equipment maintenance skills with field service experience; familiar with basic EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) standards
• Basic problem-solving and analytical skills; able to deliver simple explanations and assist with training
• Good communication skills and strong teamwork capability
• Self-disciplined, responsible, with good time management and self-management skills
• Basic business awareness; not required to independently develop sales but should support the team in collecting basic business leads
• Proficient in computer usage and standard office software
