Service Engineer

We are looking for a motivated Service Engineer to support the installation, setup, and servicing of equipment for our customers. You will meet and interact with customers on a daily basis, providing technical analysis and interpreting test results to resolve equipment and system-related issues.

The role requires troubleshooting skills, hands-on technical work, and the ability to deliver high-quality service support to ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities & Duties

• Provide on-site service and technical support for new and existing customers, including equipment installation, servicing, maintenance, and upgrades.
• Troubleshoot equipment and system issues, analyze test results, and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Perform equipment assembly, installation, machine setup, commissioning, servicing, maintenance, repair, and relocation when required.
• Conduct technical analysis for equipment modifications or upgrades according to customer requirements.
• Communicate regularly with customers to understand issues and provide timely technical support.
• Update customers on the service work performed and recommend equipment repairs or system improvements when necessary.
• Prepare and submit service reports after each service activity or customer site visit.
• Work closely with internal teams to resolve technical issues and ensure smooth project implementation.
• Duties include but are not limited to equipment installation, servicing, maintenance, repair, machine setup and relocation.

Requirements & Skills

• ITE / Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineering, or related field.
• At least 1–2 years of relevant field service or technical support experience preferred.
• Experience in the semiconductor or electronics manufacturing industry will be an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of PLC programming or SolidWorks will be an added advantage.
• Good troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Willing to travel to customer sites when required.
• Training will be provided.
