Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for equipment and applications
• Addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Collaborate with partners to enhance applications and equipment based on client needs.
• Lead and manage projects related to the implementation of new equipment and applications.
• Act as a liaison between clients and partners, ensuring customer requirements are met.
• Generate regular reports on equipment performance, spare parts
  usage, and customer feedback for management review.
• Manage spare parts inventory to ensure sufficient stocks on hand, facilitating smooth operations.
• Facilitate effective communication with customers.
• Any other ad-hoc assigned. 

Requirements:

• 2 years of relevant experience in semiconductor tools and equipment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey technical information.
• Excellent problem-solving ability to address technical challenges.
• Strong focus in providing customer-oriented service.
