Key Responsibilities

·        Carry out installation, commissioning, troubleshooting and maintenance of industrial equipment.

·        Provide prompt and professional after-sales technical support at customers’ sites.

·        Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical and heating-related equipment.

·        Conduct preventive maintenance and prepare service reports.

·        Support project installation and system testing.

·        Work closely with the Sales Team to ensure excellent customer satisfaction.

·        Attend technical training provided by overseas principals.

·        Travel within Singapore and occasionally overseas for project support when required.

Requirements

·        Diploma, NITEC or Higher NITEC in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines.

·        Candidates with relevant industrial service experience are preferred.

·        Fresh graduates with a positive learning attitude are welcome to apply.

·        Basic knowledge of electrical troubleshooting and industrial equipment.

·        Hands-on, responsible and willing to work independently.

·        Good communication and interpersonal skills.

·        Possess a Class 3 driving licence (preferred but not mandatory).
