• Position: Service Engineer – Industrial Robots & Automation Equipment
• Location: Ang Mo Kio
• Working Days: Monday to Friday
• Working Hours: 9.00am to 5.30pm
• Salary: Basic up to $3,500 + AWS + Performance Bonus
• Benefits: Mobile Allowance + 7-21 Days Annual Leave + Medical Benefits

• Our client is a Japanese-based company specialising in industrial robots and automation equipment. They are currently looking for a Service Engineer to support installation, maintenance and technical servicing work at customer sites.

Responsibilities:

• Carry out installation, testing and commissioning of industrial robots and automation equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance, inspection, diagnostics and troubleshooting.
• Respond to service requests and provide on-site technical support to customers.
• Perform repair and rectification work for electrical systems.
• Prepare service reports, quotations and technical documentation when required.
• Liaise with customers and internal teams to ensure timely resolution of technical issues.
• Participate in standby and emergency support duties when required.

Requirements:

• ITE / NITEC / Higher NITEC / Polytechnic Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering or related discipline.
• Hands-on experience in installation, maintenance or troubleshooting of robots, automation equipment or electrical systems will be an advantage.
• No experience required, training will be provided.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Possess a valid Class 3 Driving Licence will be an advantage, as the role may require travelling to customer sites.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only
