We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Fire Protection Service Manager to lead our maintenance and service operations team in ensuring reliable and efficient delivery of fire protection maintenance services.

This role is ideal for a technically competent individual with strong operational and leadership experience in fire alarm and fire protection systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily fire protection maintenance and service operations

• Lead and supervise maintenance teams to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery

• Manage preventive and corrective maintenance for fire alarm, sprinkler, and fire protection systems

• Liaise closely with clients on maintenance schedules, service issues, and operational matters

• Ensure maintenance works are carried out in compliance with SCDF and workplace safety requirements

• Manage and implement risk assessment and safe work procedures

• Conduct technical training and OJT for maintenance technicians

• Monitor team productivity, operational performance, and service quality

• Support maintenance/service revenue growth and customer satisfaction

• Prepare regular operational and progress reports

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Fire Protection, or related discipline

• At least 10 years of relevant experience in fire protection maintenance/service industry

• Strong hands-on technical knowledge in:

  • Fire Alarm Systems

  • Sprinkler Systems

  • Fire Protection Systems

  • Maintenance & Troubleshooting

• Experience managing maintenance/service teams and daily operations

• Candidates with SCDF-related maintenance or project exposure will have an added advantage

• Good communication and client management skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

• Class 3 driving licence preferred

• Responsible, independent, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
