Service Repair Engineer

Working Hours: Mon to Fri, 8.30pm ~ 5.30pm
Salary: Up to $3800
Location: Kallang

Responsibilities

• Perform inspections, failure analysis, and prepare repair reports and cost estimates.

• Carry out repairs with proper documentation and within deadlines.

• Monitor KPIs such as turnaround time, quality, and productivity.

• Ensure repair tasks are completed on time.

• Coordinate with Sales, Field Service Engineers, Product Group, and Application Engineers.

• Comply with SOPs, safety rules, and company policies.

• Demonstrate accountability, teamwork, and customer focus.

• Work overtime when needed.

• Handle additional tasks to meet service center goals.
  

Requirements

• Education: Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering field.

• Experience: 2–3 years of hands‑on experience in repair, maintenance, or technical service (preferably in industrial equipment or vacuum technology).

• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, troubleshooting, and failure analysis; proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.

• Good written and verbal skills to prepare reports and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.

• Strong interpersonal skills with a customer‑focused and collaborative mindset.
