Job Description

• Industry/ Organization Type: Storage Facility Management
• Position Title: Service Technician
• Working Location: Tuas
• Working Hours: 5 days (Mon to Fri 8AM – 5.30PM)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary up to $2,700 + AWS + Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Performing routine maintenance procedures, inspecting Hanel storage system for problems, and ensuring Hanel storage systems are in good working order.
• Diagnosing and fixing malfunctions, replacing faulty components, and repairing damaged Hanel storage system.
• Setting up and configuring new equipment or systems, ensuring they are installed correctly, safely and accordingly.
• Identifying the root cause of technical problems, resolving issues, and preventing future incidents.
• Providing guidance to users on how to operate Hanel storage system, answering technical questions, and assisting with software or hardware issues.
• Maintaining records of maintenance and repair work, updating documentation for Hanel storage system.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

• Diploma in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical), or any relevant discipline
• Has 1 year of experience in maintenance or machinery servicing
• Knowledge of electrical works and electrical circuit diagrams are an added advantage
