SharePoint Developer

Role overview
We are seeking an experienced SharePoint Developer to design, develop, customize, and support enterprise SharePoint solutions for our Singapore-based clients. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Microsoft SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and SharePoint Framework (SPFx),with the ability to deliver scalable collaboration and document management solutions.

The candidate should have excellent stakeholder management skills and experience working in enterprise environments, delivering digital workplace and business process automation initiatives.

Role description

• Design, develop, and maintain SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 solutions.
• Customize SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, workflows, forms, and web parts based on business requirements.
• Develop custom solutions using SharePoint Framework (SPFx), React, TypeScript, and JavaScript.
• Implement business process automation using Power Automate, Power Apps, and Microsoft 365 tools.
• Build and maintain SharePoint intranet, document management, collaboration, and workflow solutions.
• Integrate SharePoint with Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Azure services, and third-party applications.
• Perform migration activities from legacy platforms to SharePoint Online.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve SharePoint-related issues.
• Create technical documentation, deployment guides, and user manuals.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, architects, and support teams.
• Ensure adherence to security, governance, and compliance standards.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, and production support activities.

Required skills and Experience

• 5–10 years of experience in SharePoint development and administration.
• Strong experience in:
• SharePoint Online
• SharePoint Framework (SPFx)
• Microsoft365
• Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
• React JS
• TypeScript
• JavaScript
• HTML5
• CSS3
• Experience in creating custom web parts, extensions, and SharePoint applications.
• Good understanding of SharePoint architecture, security, permissions, and governance.
• Experience with REST APIs, Microsoft Graph API, and system integrations.
• Knowledge of Azure AD, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization skills.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments

Only Singapore Citizens are eligible for this position as CAT-1 clearance is required.

Qualifications
·      Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.

·      Relevant Microsoft Certifications will be an added advantage.
