Site Coordinator

Office Location: Ang Mo Kio Industrial Park

Job Summary

You will support the General Manager and Project Team by coordinating daily site activities, preparing project documents, and assisting with quality control to ensure smooth project progress and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily site activities with the General Manager and Project Team to maintain project workflow
• Participate in site surveys and assist with site inspections to verify project conditions and compliance
• Prepare Bills of Quantities (BQ) and quotations to support project budgeting and client proposals
• Develop project schedules, track progress updates, and create simple reports to communicate status
• Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal team members to facilitate project coordination
• Assist in Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) activities on site to uphold project standards
• Coordinate material deliveries and monitor availability of supplies to ensure uninterrupted site operations
• Track usage of basic materials and tools on site to support inventory management
• Prepare and maintain accurate project documents and records for reference and compliance
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned to support project needs

• Minimum ITE or NITEC qualification (or equivalent)
• Candidates with no relevant experience are welcome to apply; training will be provided.
• Good communications and administrative skills, able to meet deadlines, a team player, and a positive attitude.
