Job Description

• Working Hours: 5.5 Days (Mon – Fri, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM; Sat, 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary
• Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

• Assist Senior Engineers and Project Managers in monitoring project progress.
• Assist with QA/QC inspections to ensure works meet project requirements.
• Ensure safety standards are followed in the assigned work area, with support from the Safety Department.
• Supervise subcontractor works to ensure approved methods and materials are used.
• Attend progress meetings and coordinate with contractors and suppliers on project implementation matters.
• Attend site meetings when required.
• Inspect site works and monitor progress to ensure quality control and compliance with authority requirements.
• Coordinate internally with different departments and externally with clients and consultants.
• Assist in project planning, documentation, and site execution.
• Coordinate, supervise, and monitor site works, manpower deployment, material planning, and material ordering.
• Coordinate and follow up on project submissions.
• Prepare weekly site progress reports and other required submissions.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Relevant site engineering or construction experience is preferred.
• Good understanding of site coordination, QA/QC inspection, and construction safety requirements.
• Able to read and interpret construction drawings, method statements, and project specifications.
• Good coordination and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant project documentation tools.
