Site Engineer (LTA Projects)

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise supervisors and workers to ensure compliance with quality procedures and workmanship standards.

• Check quality and quantity of subcontractors’ work.

• Resolve drawing discrepancies and technical issues with the technical team.

• Prepare detailed method statements and work instructions for construction activities.

• Coordinate site activities with SWC, subcontractors, vendors, and internal departments.

• Liaise with consultants for submissions related to structural works and technical matters.

• Plan site works, including schedules, construction methods, and resource requirements (equipment, materials, manpower), and control usage and wastage.

• Identify potential and existing site issues affecting work progress and propose solutions to relevant teams.

• Ensure site works are completed to required quality standards and in compliance with safety requirements throughout the project.

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.

• At least 3 years of experience in building or civil infrastructure projects of similar scale or complexity.

• Willingness to be stationed at site office.
