Site Manager

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily site operations and supervise site personnel and subcontractors to ensure efficient workflow
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to facilitate smooth project execution and maintain positive working relationships
• Monitor project progress, site activities, and schedules to achieve timely project completion
• Coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, and other site resources to optimize site productivity
• Identify, assess, and resolve site issues, project risks, and changes promptly
• Ensure all work complies with project specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements
• Conduct regular site inspections to enforce workplace safety regulations and company procedures
• Prepare detailed site reports, maintain accurate project documentation, and provide regular progress updates to management
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management to support project goals

Requirement:

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in electrical, industrial, or construction projects
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and engineering documents
• Experience managing site operations and supervising subcontractors
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated responsibility, resourcefulness, resilience, commitment, and ability to manage multiple tasks independently
