Site Manager (Construction)

Responsibilities

·               Lead and managethe overall logistics operations across construction projects.

·               Oversee dailylogistics operations, fleet deployment, manpower coordination, and operationalplanning to support smooth project execution.

·               Manage fleetoperations including cranes, lorries, vehicles, machinery, and equipmentutilization.

·               Coordinate withProject Managers, site teams, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure operationaland logistics requirements are met.

·               Superviselogistics staff, general workers, and operational manpower across multipleproject sites.

·               Monitor fleetmaintenance, permits, insurance, and compliance with safety and regulatoryrequirements.

·               Reviewoperational performance, manpower deployment, resource utilization, andlogistics costs.

·               Drive processimprovement, operational efficiency, and problem-solving initiatives.

·               Prepareoperational and logistics reports for management review.

·               Perform any otherduties assigned by Management.

Requirements

·               Degree or Diplomain Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Operations/ Logistics or relatedfield.

·               Minimum 8–12years of relevant experience in construction operations, logistics, or fleetmanagement.

·               At least 3–5years of managerial experience in the construction industry.

·               Experiencemanaging cranes, lorries, machinery, fleet operations, and site manpower.

·               Familiar withSingapore construction industry practices and operational requirements.
