Software Developer

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated Software Developer to design, develop, implement, and maintain web, desktop, and mobile applications that meet business and customer requirements.

The successful candidate should possess strong technical expertise, problem-solving abilities, and the capability to deliver projects within established timelines. The role also involves supporting software deployment, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing technical assistance to both internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, integrate, deploy, and maintain software applications for web, desktop, and mobile platforms
• Translate customer and business requirements into functional and technical software designs
• Develop high-quality, scalable, secure, and maintainable software solutions
• Design intuitive and responsive user interfaces while ensuring an optimal user experience (UI/UX)
• Collaborate with Project Engineers and clients throughout the software development lifecycle
• Conduct software testing, debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimisation
• Ensure software applications meet quality standards, technical specifications, and customer expectations.
• Provide technical recommendations and contribute to solution proposals for customer projects
• Participate in software deployment, system integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
• Deliver assigned projects according to project schedules and milestones
• Provide on-site and remote software support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
• Perform server maintenance, software updates, and system enhancements where required
• Configure and support hardware, networking devices, and office IoT assets
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, user guides, and development documentation
• Conduct software demonstrations, user training, and technical presentations when required
• Continuously improve software development processes, coding standards, and development best practices

Qualifications& Technical Skills

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline
• Minimum 2–5 years of software development experience
• Proficient in .NET Framework/.NET (C#), Python, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, SQL, Java, C#, PHP and Go
• Experience in web, desktop, or mobile application development.
• Familiarity with REST APIs, database design, and system integration
• Knowledge of Git or other version control tools is an advantage
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
• Good communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Effective time management
• Ability to adapt to changing business requirements and technologies
