Software Engineer

Leaptron Engineering is seeking a versatile and forward-thinking Full-Stack Software Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will design, build, and scale robust applications from frontend user interfaces to backend logic and database architecture. Job Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

• Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Applied AI, or a related field.

• Experience: Open to fresh graduates with strong portfolios; 1+ years of relevant professional experience is a strong advantage.

Core Technical Skills (Must-Have):

• Frontend Development: Proficient in building responsive, dynamic web applications using React or the Next.jsframework.

• Backend Development: Strong programming skills in Node.js and Python for server-side logic and building robust REST APIs.

• Database Management: Competency in database modeling, structured programming, and schema design (SQL or NoSQL).

AI & Advanced Capabilities (Major Plus):

• AI Integration: Ability to incorporate AI/Machine Learning capabilities into software solutions.

• Local Deployment: Experience implementing and hosting backend AI models on local servers/on-premises infrastructure (rather than just relying on cloud APIs).

Bonus Skills:

• Alternative Ecosystems: Familiarity with C# and the .NET framework.

• Mobile Development: Experience in cross-platform mobile application development using React Native or Flutter.

Professional Practices (Recommended Additions):

• Version Control: Standard proficiency with Git (GitHub/GitLab) for code management and collaboration.

• Deployment & Environments: Basic understanding of Linux environments or Docker (highly beneficial for local AI model deployment).

• Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, self-motivation to learn new tech, and clear communication skills.
