Software Engineer (Fresh Graduate)

Job Responsibilities

1. Develop internal cloud management platforms for public cloud, including cloud resource management, automation, and self-service workflows.
2. Build software tools and automation scripts to improve operational efficiency and reduce repetitive manual work.
3. Handle routine change requests and ensure service stability, including proactive monitoring, risk mitigation, and capacity planning to maintain service continuity.
4. Develop AI agents and intelligent engineering tools to automate operational workflows, assist incident troubleshooting, and improve productivity for SRE and Cloud Engineering teams.
5. Collaborate with Software Engineers, Site Reliability Engineers, and Product teams to deliver scalable, reliable, and maintainable platform solutions.
6. Participate in testing, code reviews, debugging, and continuous improvement while learning new technologies and engineering practices.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Programming & Systems Analysis, Science (Computer Studies), Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
2. Strong foundation in computer science fundamentals, including object-oriented programming, data structures, algorithms, operating systems, and computer networks.
3. Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Go, Java, or Python, with the ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
4. Familiarity with Linux, Git, databases, and RESTful API development. Experience with software development through academic, personal, or internship projects is an advantage.
5. Exposure to cloud computing, containers (Docker/Kubernetes), distributed systems, automation, CI/CD, AI technologies, or Large Language Models (LLMs) is an advantage.
