Software Engineer (Min 5 years experience required)

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain cloud-native applications with focus on scalability, resilience, and automation
• Develop microservices, containerized applications (Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines
• Own end-to-end SDLC: development, implementation, testing, maintenance, and documentation
• Analyze customer workflows and recommend system improvements
• Support solution architecture during pre-sales and implementation
• Lead and mentor a small engineering team
• Drive software best practices and standards
• Integrate and manage COTS products with in-house solutions

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years of relevant experience
• Containerization: Docker, Kubernetes
• Backend: GoLang or .NET / .NET Core
• Frontend: JavaScript, React
• Version Control: Git
• Cloud/Kubernetes platforms with managed services
• Monitoring & optimization: logging, Prometheus, performance tuning
• DevOps tools: GitHub Actions, ArgoCD
• Methodologies: Agile/Waterfall
