About the role:

We are looking for a Bureau Product Head to drive the strategy, development, and growth of our Credit Bureau and related scoring products across Southeast Asia region. This role requires deep domain expertise, strong execution, and the ability to connect product, data, and commercial strategy end-to-end.

You will lead a regional team, work closely with Data Partnerships and cross-country product teams, and play a key part in shaping our next phase of growth.

You will:

• Define and drive the overall product strategy, including translating market trends, customer needs, and competitive insights into a clear multi-market product roadmap
• Identify new product opportunities through market analysis, customer research, and understanding of regional regulatory environments
• Connect business goals with product direction, ensuring strong alignment across the region
• Lead end-to-end product development from research, solution design, business casing, go-to-market and launch
• Partner with Commercial and Data Partnerships teams on GTM strategy, value proposition, and pricing
• Ensure products meet market needs, align with bureau logic, and deliver measurable business value
• Support presales and enablement efforts; articulate product logic to customers and partners
• Align with senior leadership on product priorities, risk considerations, and resource planning

What you'll need to succeed:

• Strong experience in Credit Bureau / credit reporting / credit scoring environment
• Proven track record building products end-to-end
• Strong strategic thinking and ability to connect product, market, and commercial dots.
• Experience working across multiple markets
• Successfully lead a team of Product Managers and managed development teams and cross-functional projects
• Executed campaigns, new product development projects and delivered business impact to P&L
