At Ordinary Folk, we’re reimagining the building blocks of healthcare, through Noah & Zoey. Noah allows men to receive remote diagnosis and treatment across varying areas of care. Through Zoey, women’s sexual wellness and fertility journeys are supported with thoughtful products and services.
Job description
(i) own and maintain the company product roadmap, including a 6-weekexecution roadmap and the quarterly roadmap, breaking large product themes into shippable milestones and deciding what is V1, V2, or cut;
(ii) write and maintain PRDs, specs, user stories, acceptance criteria and QA criteria across HealthOS, AI RM, Smart Match, patient onboarding and evaluation flows, doctor workflows, prescription renewal journeys, retention and follow-up flows, subscription and reorder experiences, internal operations tools, marketing and growth product work, and the app and web product experience;
(iii) run the product operating rhythm — product planning, sprint priorities, blocker tracking, owner mapping, launch readiness reviews and post-launch reviews — keeping product, engineering, QA, clinical, marketing and operations aligned;
(iv) tie product work to measurable business, patient, clinical and operational outcomes;
(v) work with the Principal AI Architect and AI/ML Product Engineer to turn AI primitives into safe, testable, shippable product capabilities; and
(vi) gather and prioritise cross-functional requirements across clinical, operations, customer support, marketing and engineering.
