STP Plant Manager

Job Summary

A Separation Plant Manager leads daily plant operations to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient performance while driving continuous improvement, managing budgets, and collaborating across departments to meet production, quality, and delivery targets.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of the separation plant to achieve production and quality goals
• Ensure plant operates safely, reliably, and efficiently to meet customer delivery targets
• Optimize plant efficiency by managing energy consumption and controlling operating costs
• Enforce compliance with HSE regulations and company policies to maintain a safe work environment
• Plan and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance activities to minimize downtime
• Investigate operational issues and implement effective corrective actions to sustain performance
• Manage plant budgets and control operating expenses to support profitability
• Coordinate cross-functionally with engineering, supply chain, sales, and logistics teams to align plant operations with business objectives
• Develop and lead the plant team to foster continuous operational improvement

Required competencies and certifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Process Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 7 years of experience in plant operations, including several years in a leadership role
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
