Strategic EHS Manager(Industrial Automation Manufacturing)

• Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of regional Health, Safety, Environment (HSE), and sustainability programs across the Asia-Pacific region
• Champion corporate sustainability goals, focusing on energy conservation, waste minimization, and progress toward Net Zero emissions
• Ensure regional facilities maintain compliance with ISO certifications, local occupational health regulations, and necessary project environmental permits
• Track, analyze, and report leading and lagging HSE performance indicators to support data-informed business decisions
• Serve as the regional subject matter expert and system administrator for HSE digital software platforms, compliance tools, and audit resources

skills and experience required

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Safety Science, Occupational Health, or a related technical field
• Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in a manufacturing HSE enviroment
• Possession of a valid Fire Safety Manager (FSM) Certificate
• NEBOSH (IGC or Diploma) is strongly preferred. Additional credentials such as Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) are an advantage
• Strong expertise in general country safety policies, HSE regulatory compliance, and EHSS auditing practices
