Submarine Service Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Carry out daily hands-on maintenance and inspections to ensure all assigned tasks are completed in accordance with service requirements, safety standards, and SUBSAFE procedures.
• Perform troubleshooting and rectification of mechanical and marine diesel systems, including removal, servicing, installation, and system tightness testing.
• Conduct joint inspections and acceptance with ship representatives, and coordinate with ship crews to perform functional testing of ship systems.
• Execute replenishment of submarine supplies, including gases, fuel oil, lubricating oil, and hydraulic oil.

Requirements:

• Preferably at least 3 years of relevant working experience; candidates without prior experience are welcome as training will be provided.
• Proficient in the use of mechanical tools and equipment including spanners, ratchet wrenches, lever blocks, and chain hoists.
• Able to read and interpret technical documents such as 2D assembly drawings and schematic diagrams.
