System Administrator (Bedok/Electronics MFG)

• Administer, configure, and support Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, OneDrive, and Teams)
• Manage Active Directory, including user provisioning, access control, and policies
• Implement and maintain M365 security & compliance features (MFA, Conditional Access, Defender, DLP)
• Manage and support network infrastructure, including firewalls and VPN connectivity (site-to-site and remote access)
• Provide desktop support for end users (Windows devices, Office applications, printers, peripherals)
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues across servers and endpoints
• Support M365 deployment, migration, and tenant administration activities
• Perform routine maintenance including patching, backup, and recovery operations
• Maintain accurate IT documentation for systems, procedures, and configurations
• Liaise with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth IT operations

Requirements :

• Diploma in Computer Science or equivalent. Fresh graduate is welcome to apply.
• Experience in monitors and maintains the Microsoft 365 email systems.
• Preferably at least 1-2 years of relevant working experience in IT and cybersecurity.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 administration and Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good team player who is self-driven and result orientated.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to details.
• Preferably able to join immediately or within short notice.
