• Direct Contract

• Working Location: Ang Mo Kio + Site (Tuas Naval Base)

• Working Days & Hours: Mon to Fri (8am to 5pm)

• Salary range: Up to $5500 + Performance Bonus

Job Descriptions:

• Install, configure, and commission assigned systems and equipment at customer sites, ensuring all standard procedures, manufacturer guidelines, and safety protocols are strictly followed

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on systems to maintain reliability, optimize performance, and prevent potential failures

• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and system issues on-site, applying technical expertise to identify root causes and implement effective solutions

• Provide technical support and hands-on training to customers and end-users assisting to operate the systems efficiently

• Document service activities, including installation procedures, maintenance work, troubleshooting steps and detailed service reports

• Collaborate with internal teams and customers to ensure systems perform optimally and customer satisfaction is maintained at all times

• Adhere to company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards to ensure a safe, compliant, and professional working environment

 Job Requirements:

• Degree, Diploma or NITEC in Engineering in Electronics or equivalent

• Preferably 2-3 years of experience in providing maintenance services

• Prior experience in Electro-Optics (EO) or Radar system maintenance is an advantage

• Willing and able to perform 24/7 standby duties, including after-hours support

• Possesses a valid Class 3 driving license is preferred, to operate company vehicles when required
